Shipping is not included in the product price. All shipments are sent UPS ground. Please allow 5-7 days for printing and shipping. All items will be insured for shipping.
If a package is damaged, refuse the order and notify us immediately. If you accept a damaged package in error save the package, its contents and all packing materials and contact us immediately. All claims for damages or errors must be reported to us with in 72 hours of receiving the order.
Exchange policy

Product being exchanged must be received and inspected by AAAGiclee.com before new product will be shipped. Shipping must be paid for before new product will be shipped. Product must be received by AAAGiclee.com with in 30 days from the time the customer receives the originally purchased product.

All images are printed with archival pigment inks. Pigment inks are characteristically similar to paint. This makes for a truer giclee art reproduction and has more of an original feel than commonly used dye inks. It is in the nature and beauty of pigment based paints and inks to take on different qualities in different lighting. Due to this fact colors may not appear exactly the same as they do on the web or in catalogs and promotional material. To ensure the highest level of quality all images are printed on archival media one at a time. All framing and stretching is also done one at a time. Many of our processes are done completely by hand. Due to these facts there may be slight variances in sizes.
