
Florida Artist Jean Rorke Woodrick has been a repeated top seller for publishing companies focusing on interior design and hospitality through out the south eastern United States. She gained instant popularity in licensing and home decor when found by Aaron Adam Artworks Printing and Publishing in 2003. Her earlier works can be found in furniture stores, art galleries, design showrooms and department stores around the U.S. After attending Central High Tech for graphic design, graphic art and printing she went on to study with Herbie Rose at the Ringling School of Art. Since then she has continued her studies with the likes of Nancy Hughes, Fran Smith and Hershel Pullard. She has appeared in several artist shows such as Artwalk at Bay walk (T-N-T Events), Art in the Park, Centennial Park (M.Y. Promotions) Pine Island Garden Club, Skyline Fall Feasible, M.O.V.A. Art Walk and Art for Acts. She has devoted almost a decade of donating her work for charities such as Art for ACT, benefiting Woman and Children Centers through out Florida. Art for Act has become so well known for raising incredable amounts of money through with their auctions with local artists that they have attracted the art, appearances and help of celebrities such as Joan Rivers, Tony Bennett, Robert Rauschenberg, Darryle Pottorf, Romero Britto, Sharon Stone, Laura Hutton, Tracy Ullman, Niecy Nash and Roy Lichtenstein. Jean's work has been seen in many international shows such as Highpoint, Decor Expo, Kemp Edison, Orlando Furniture and Accessories Show, Atlanta Gift Show at Americas Mart, Tupelo Furniture Market, Dallas Market Center, World Market Center Las Vegas, Surtex Show at the Jacob Javits Center, Kemp West Palm and The Philadelphia Buyers Market in conjunction with American Style Magazine, Niche and The Rosen Group.
