Sally Phillips 
Sally Phillips began her art career in the 70s when she established Market Street Design in Venice, California. The design led to photography and photography eventually brought her back to her roots as a fine artist. Pastels were a perfect fit with her photography and her focus turned to the skies, with fragments of the landscape to give a human perspective. Softly blending the pastels with her hands, Sally is charmed by the brilliance of the colors and makes this medium uniquely her own.
